Payment- You can cancel your booking free of charge, as long as you cancel at least 7 days in advance. We take a pre-authorisation of your card on booking and claim payment when the cancellation period ends.
- In cases of severe weather (such as heavy rain or thunderstorms throughout the day), refunds may be offered. You can claim a refund on the App.
