Who do I speak to about a refund?

Payment

- If you want to cancel go to “My Bookings” on the App, select the booking you want to cancel and select “Edit”. Follow the on screen instructions.

- If you are claiming a refund for “Bad Weather Days” go to “My Bookings”, select the booking and choose “Refund”. Follow the on screen instructions. If your claim is accepted we will refund back to your card.
